Pat Vine owns and operates Pat's Gems in Sapphire Queensland. In 1989 Pat introduced the Bucket and Wash, where you can fill your own bucket, wash it and keep any of the gems you collect. 

Pat is self taught and has been running Pat's Gems for the last 39 years.
